The private use of our facilities for your wedding reception, will include a banquet room, your personal theme and ribbon color of Bride's choice, antique oil lamps/candles and table greens, white linen tablecloths and napkins. Room Use Fee CoverageFor your wedding, the Bride's Head table, Family, Cake, Guest and Gift tables will be tastefully decorated for a totally impressive setting. At the time of your reception date confirmation and booking, the advance fee of $500.00 will be required. This fee is 100% refundable with one-year notice of cancellation, 50% refundable with six months notice of cancellation. After six months, no refund will be issued. Your reception estimate will include the above amenities, plus your estimated costs for a sit down dinner, bar arrangements, music, photographer and flowers, which will be sent to you shortly after your personal consultation with us. All services are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity. |
