Here are a few things you may like to know about us.
THE STEAK
~ We cut our own beef right
in the house.
All our steaks are CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF, are fully trimmed,
thick and juicy, cooked on the rare side.
THAT HOUSE
SALAD ~ This
secret recipe has been
in the Lorenz family for over 60 years.
People travel from all over for this addicting dressing.
It is like a Caesar Salad without the Anchovies.
THE
DESSERTS ~
Denise has been making
our yummy bakery specialties since we began in the early 80’s.
(she was very young when we started)
We have our own bakery, and make all the desserts, breads,
cookies,
and rolls from our own special recipes.
THE WINE
CELLAR ~ Kirk
and Pam have hand selected
wines from across Europe. Ask for a personal wine tasting
in our cellars and select by taste to find the wine to suit your
personal
preference.

THE DRINKS
~ All our drinks are poured
with
1 ½ shot of liquor in each drink.
THE FRYING
AND SAUTEE OIL ~
All oils and shortening
in
the house are Canola.
THE
LOBSTER ~ Pick
cold water live Maine Lobster
from our tanks. Ask your wait person for the
Current Market price.
THE TROUT
~ All Rainbow and Brook
Trout are fresh,
farm grown without chemicals. We buy them small and raise them
for
you in our own natural spring fed pond.
HOUSE
RULES ~ The
house reserves the right to add
15% Service Charge on parties of 6 or more, as well as
Two
on the Town and other discounted dinners.
